About
Hugh Starkey is Professor of Education at IOE, University of London and co-director of the International Centre for Education for Democratic Citizenship (ICEDC). He chairs the Fellows group of the Centre for Distance Education of University of London. He is responsible for an online master's programme in Citizenship and History Education. He has fifteen doctoral students all investigating dimensions of citizenship / human rights / democracy and education.
